Luminary Nutrition is right for you if:
Book A Session
Both in-office and virtual sessions are available. Meet at our Plano, Texas office (Thursdays only) or meet online face-to-face on your computer, tablet, or smartphone using our secure, HIPAA compliant client portal. Either location can be booked based on your personal preferences. We accept insurance! Have any questions? Please leave us a message here.
This 15-minute phone call will help you learn about whether nutrition therapy at Luminary Nutrition is the right fit for you. We want to discover your story and needs, explain how our sessions work, and discuss how we can help! All prospective clients must book a discovery call before booking an initial session.
UPDATE: We are currently booked out about a few weeks in advance. Instead of joining a waitlist, you can go ahead and book a discovery call. If you need to see a dietitian right away we would be happy to refer you out to other amazing RDs, send us a message for recommendations.
The initial session (lasting 60-75 minutes) serves as a starting point to our work together and is based on assessing where you’re at and where you’re coming from. We will discuss your medical and nutrition history as well as assess your current relationship with food and body, your lifestyle, food intake, and begin to develop some ground work and long-term goals.
Follow-up sessions last 50-60 minutes and build upon what was learned and discussed in prior sessions. Follow-up sessions include a variety of activities and topics to help reach your personal goals. Session notes with our goals and any discussed worksheets or handouts are provided after each session.
We Accept Insurance
Since all plans are different, you can check with your insurance company using the script here to determine whether our services will be covered and whether or not a physician referral is required prior to our first session (no need to submit this form if you’re just shopping around). If your insurance is not listed above, we can provide you with a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. We also accept Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) card payments.
