Both in-office and virtual sessions are available. Meet at our Garland, Texas office or meet online face-to-face on your computer, tablet, or smartphone using our secure, HIPAA compliant client portal. This 15-minute phone call will help you learn about whether nutrition therapy at Luminary Nutrition is right for you. We want to discover your individual needs and discuss how we can help! All prospective clients must book a discovery call before booking an initial session.
During the initial session, we discuss your food and health history and develop a personalized plan to build upon. The initial session will last 75-minutes and includes a nutrition evaluation, development of a personalized plan, recap with personalized plan and goals sent to you in your client portal, and any applicable handouts or worksheets.
Follow-up sessions last 50-60 minutes and build upon what was learned and discussed in the initial session. Follow-up sessions include a variety of activities to help reach your personal nutrition goals.
We Accept Insurance
We currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, United Healthcare, Cigna, and Aetna insurance at this time. Since all plans are different, please check with your insurance company using the script here to determine whether our services will be covered and whether or not a physician referral is required prior to our first session.
